I PREFER TO BE BEHIND THE CAMERA

I am fortunate to have a side hustle that is inspiring, enjoyable and gives me the opportunity to express my creativity. My photography has also allowed me to travel around the world, meet many interesting people and showcase my work at events and exhibitions in different countries.
I live in Kumla in central Sweden with my wife, Anna. Her children stay with us every other week, and I have two adult daughters of my own. We also share our home with two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Enzo and Luca.

My journey as a photographer started on Instagram in 2014, using only my iPhone. What began as a personal interest quickly grew when I realised that people from around the world also appreciated clean compositions, simple details and minimalist imagery.
The real breakthrough came when Instagram featured me as a Suggested User, bringing thousands of new followers to my account in a matter of weeks. Since then, Instagram has become my primary platform for sharing my photography and inspiring others to discover the beauty of minimalism.
Over the years, my work has been shown internationally at exhibitions and events in countries such as the United States, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Denmark, France, Italy, Switzerland and Sweden.

MY SOCIALS
To think of taking a minimal shot
Normally taking a shot, the photographer tries to get as much as possible into the frame. For me, its the other way around – I try to get as much as possible out of the frame, getting as few items and simple composition as possible. But a really good minimalistic shot needs a little twist, an deviation from a pattern or something to stand out.
